Customer Return Policy

Evergreen Coffee Company brings customer service back where it belongs. We will endeavour to ship your order within 24 hours, some custom roast orders may require 48 hours before shipping.

If you do not like the coffee please drop us an an email or call at 438-274-5230 with your comments. All suggestions welcome but coffee orders cannot be refunded unless there is some significant problem. If a specific coffee was ordered and something different was received , enjoy the gift, we will ship out the proper coffee asap.

Our coffee is almost always roasted upon order, all coffee more than 4 weeks from roast date is discounted. Contact us for the current stock of almost fresh roast coffee. In future roast days will be posted.

Coffee brewing equipment or related items will be covered by manufacturers warranty.
